How do I get started with SD Fit Pros?
To get started, please complete our contact form. We will reach out swiftly to arrange a consultation and assessment where we can explore your fitness background and aspirations together. This initial meeting allows us to build a customized roadmap tailored for your long-term success.
How long is each personal training session?
Each session runs typically for 30-45 minutes, carefully structured to include a dynamic warm-up, targeted strength or conditioning work, and a proper cool-down.
What are your pricing for personal training programs?
We offer various tiered packages. Pricing typically falls between $85-$120 per session depending on frequency and the customized program complexity. Each program is a minimum of 3 months, and renews monthly until it is canceled.
Where does the training happen?
We offer flexibility! Training can take place at our fully-equipped gym facility in UTC or at our outdoor fitness park for those who prefer fresh air.
Will I work with one trainer or several different ones?
We pair you with a dedicated trainer who manages your specific program and monitors your growth. At SD Fit Pros, unlike other local training studios, we prioritize a strong personal connection and consistent coaching, so you can expect to work with the same expert every session for the long term.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures we can offer the slot to another client if you’re unable to make it.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. SD Fit Pros provides everything you need for your sessions and gym access for your off days. If you do have a gym membership, we can also design a program that fits the equipment you have access to.
